Interviews
A Company CEO, Executive Management member, Executive group (eg: CEO, CFO + VP, Marketing) or Industry Group (eg: Analysts, Fund or Brokerage Managers) is presented to an institutional, retail investor and media audience in a unique 30 - 45 minute Q&A format interview.
MTC issues a news release requesting shareholder/broker/media questions for the interviewee(s) 2 - 3 days prior to the interview via 1) Business Wire 2) the M2 newswire service (see Distribution page), and 3) to MTC's proprietary database. The release will include a tollfree number and email address for those interested in forwarding questions. All questions submitted up till 5pm ET the evening prior to the interview day will be considered; however, due to time limitations, only a group representative of the majority submitted, as well as those presenting a possible unique questioning opportunity, will be chosen. Please also note that all queries, when pertaining to a public company, will be compliant according to Sarbanes Oxley.
The interviewee(s) will receive MTC’s questions prior to the interview, but those questions submitted via phone/email will be presented only during the course of the actual interview - either audio-patched into the interview or read by the host - making the time together truly reflective of an audience forum situation where the presenter's answers are not always prepared in advance.
The interview will be posted to the MTC site in streaming audio, downloadable MP3, Podcast and written transcript formats. Once notification of the interview's availability has been sent out via a Business Wire and M2 news release, and to MTC's database, the MP3, Podcast and transcript will be made avalable to the client Company/Industry Group for their marketing/communications material.
All is hosted on the MTC site for a minimum of 6 months.
Corporate Earnings/Special Announcement calls with Company CEO, CFO and/or members of Management
MTC will conduct an interview dedicated to your Company’s earnings results or special corporate announcement.
Shareholder/broker/media questions will be collected and presented as in the manner above-noted, at the Company’s request.
An MP3 file, Podcast and transcript will be posted to the MTC site for a minimum of 6 months as well as forwarded to the Company for their use.
